How to use this page

This page provides a plain-language overview of key terms commonly included in our Staffing Agreement. Final terms are confirmed in your signed agreement and any written addenda for each booking.

Key terms

Agreement highlights

These sections outline responsibilities, scheduling, payments, and compliance for temporary staff supplied by Bar Staff Network.

Parties and relationship

Bar Staff Network supplies staff to the Client on a temporary/seasonal basis. Staff remain employees of Bar Staff Network and are assigned to work at the Clientโ€™s venue as agreed for each shift or booking.

Scope of services

We provide trained hospitality staff (for example: service/wait staff, bartenders, kitchen support, and cashiers) for the dates, times, roles, and quantities confirmed in writing. Permanent placements are not offered.

Scheduling and attendance

Bookings are confirmed in writing and include start/end times, break expectations, dress code, and on-site contact. The Client provides a safe working environment and reasonable access to water, breaks, and required equipment.

Rates, invoicing, and payment

Rates and any minimum hours are confirmed per booking. Invoices are issued based on confirmed hours and approved timesheets. Payment terms and accepted methods are specified in the agreement and/or the Payment page.

Policies

Operational policies

Practical policies that keep shifts smooth for your team and ours.

Timesheets and approvals

A designated manager confirms hours worked at the end of each shift. Disputes should be raised promptly so we can resolve them while details are fresh.

Cancellations and changes

If you need to change start times, headcount, or cancel a shift, notify us as early as possible. Late changes may incur fees when staff have already been scheduled or dispatched.

Conduct and venue rules

Client policies (house rules, alcohol service standards, cash handling procedures, and guest conduct expectations) must be communicated at check-in. We expect a professional, respectful workplace.

Replacement and escalation

If a staff member is not a fit for a role, contact Bar Staff Network immediately. Weโ€™ll work to provide a replacement when feasible and document any incident for follow-up.

Compliance

Workplace and legal compliance

The Client agrees to maintain a safe workplace and comply with applicable Thai laws and venue requirements. Bar Staff Network manages employment administration for our staff, including onboarding and internal policies.

This page is informational and not legal advice. For your specific booking terms, refer to your signed Staffing Agreement and any written booking confirmation.
