Gives you access to our large network of trained temporary staff including servers/waitresses, bartenders and bar helpers, cooks, and cashier’s.
For each assigned staff, Bar Staff Network will invoice you AFTER shifts are completed @ standard hourly rate (+25% service fee)

Next: Once your subscription is confirmed, our staff coordinator will contact you to better understand your staffing needs.
You will be able to choose:
1. The type of staff you need and how many (example servers/waitresses, bartenders/bar help, cashiers, kitchen staff, or other specialized roles)
2. Our staff coordinator will work with you to agree on the the salary rate you plan to pay your staff (salary rates can vary based on the positions needed, the skill and experience level of the staff, and requirements of Thailand Labor Law)
3. Your assigned staff will report to your venue on-time and ready for work at the agreed time
4. After the work shifts are completed by the staff, you will be invoiced for the staff rate (including service fee) based on the terms of your subscription service.
Note- we charge a service fee to cover our cost for sourcing, training, and administering payroll ( including social security for the staff).

What do you charge for each shift?
Pricing is based on role (e.g., bartender, service staff, kitchen), shift length, and location. Submit your request and weโll confirm the exact rate before we assign staff.
Are there any upfront fees?
Each subscription package includes a specified number of placements with no upfront fees. You are billed after shifts are completed (or weekly/semi-monthly based on your subscription). For large events or high-volume seasonal staffing, we may request a depositโthis will be agreed in advance.
Whatโs included in the rate?
Staff remain Bar Staff Network employees. We handle screening, onboarding, and payroll administration so you can focus on service and operations.
How does overtime work?
If a shift runs longer than planned, weโll confirm the additional hours and bill at the agreed hourly rate. Youโll always see the final hours on the invoice.
What if someone doesnโt show up?
If a staff member canโt attend, weโll work to provide a replacement as quickly as possible. Replacement support is prioritized for urgent requests and managed service arrangements.
If an assigned staff is not a “good fit” for your venue, we will provide free staff replacements (quantity of free replacements depends on your subscription level)
Can you staff multiple venues?
Yes. We can coordinate staffing across multiple locations, especially for groups, events, and seasonal peaks. Request a quote and include all venues and dates.
